We offer a door-to-door and pick-up/drop-off service to the Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay, Maryborough & regions on certain days.

Whether you’re short on time or need a helping hand, we’ll pick up your pet from your doorstep and bring them to our resort, then drop them back home when their stay is over.

Our air-conditioned vehicle ensures a smooth, stress-free ride, and our caring team makes sure every cat and dog feel comfortable along the way.

We pick up your pet from your home so they travel in style with us in our air-conditioned vehicle. Once they arrive, they are greeted by our Pet Care Team who will show them to their accommodation. Once their holiday with us is over we transport them in stylish comfort back to your door.

All pick-ups and deliveries will happen between the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm. The driver will contact you either the day before or the day of the pick-up or drop-off to arrange an approximate timeframe with you. You or someone you trust must be home when our driver arrives.
