PICKUP AND DELIVERY

 We offer a Door to Door Pick up and Drop Off service to the  

Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay, Maryborough & regions on certain days.

Your pet/s will be picked up from your home and travel in style to us at  Isis Pet Resort in our air-conditioned car . Once they have arrived they will be greeted by our Pet Care Team who will show them to their accommodation. Once their holiday with us is over we are able to transport them in comfort back to your door.

All pick ups and deliveries will happen between the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm. The driver will contact you either the day before or the day of the pick up/drop off to arrange an approximate timeframe with you. You or a delegate must be home.

Bundaberg region & Childers area: $30 per pickup/delivery

Hervey Bay & Maryborough: $40 per pickup/delivery

 *Please note that as our driver only does one route per day if the
timeframe does not suit you are most welcome to drop off/pick up your pets within our customer opening hours.

*Please note we do not do pick ups and deliveries on the weekends or public holidays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - 

Your pet/s MUST be vaccinated for us to be able to pick them up.
